Mr. Plew received an undergraduate degree in Business Computer Science and went on to work for General Motors and IBM. For the past 40 years he has been a business owner and entrepreneur. His commercial successes include a commercial construction and design business, a dry cleaners with seven outlets, an electric motor repair business, and is currently the owner of Irving’s Market and Deli.
